Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Online Trainings

EAP services promote creating a healthy workplace to increase an employee's well-being with online trainings. This service is available to graduate students who are eligible teaching assistants, assistant instructors and graduate research assistants. Visit the page to access video trainings through UTLearn.

TeXercise Group Fitness Classes

The group fitness program, TeXercise, offers over 100+ in-studio classes each week, plus a library of 150+ pre-recorded, on-demand workouts.

Assertiveness Coaching

Assertiveness Coaching is a service for graduate students who are eligible teaching assistants, assistant instructors and graduate research assistants offered by the Employee Assistance Program. You can confidentially contact the Employee Assistance Program for help finding resources to help you make faster progress in being assertive.

Career Advising

Graduate career advising consultations are confidential one-hour appointments in which graduate students can self-assess skills, interests and values, discuss career options and help design individual development plans.

Personal Training Sessions

Maximize your workouts with the help of a certified personal trainer who will design a custom plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. Personal training sessions are available for UT students and RecSports members.

Thrive at UT is a free app designed to enhance your well-being. Thrive guides you in making small changes in your daily routine that have powerful and long-term impacts.

UT RecSports

UT RecSports offers health and wellness opportunities for students and RecSports members. Current UT graduate students have access to RecSports facilities at no additional cost during the academic term (fall, spring, and/or summer), during which they’re enrolled in classes and have paid tuition.
