Yughi Kim

Yughi Kim, PhD, is Senior Director in the Data Management and Research division at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, where she leads research, analysis, and partnerships to connect education and workforce data across the state. Her work spans survey research, data governance, and multi-agency initiatives that inform policy and practice. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Education Research Centers, supporting researcher access to state data. Yughi holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin, a master’s  in Global Higher Education Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a bachelor’s from McGill University.
