Research Analyst, Sol to Soul Harvest Foundation
Yuer Wang is a PhD student in public policy at the University of Texas at Austin. She holds an MS in Environment and Sustainability and an MPP from the University of Michigan. As a mixed-method researcher, her work examines environmental policy and governance as well as community resilience planning, focusing on the design and evaluation of solutions for climate resilience. Her recent research addresses the implementation of municipal climate action plans, flood resilience strategies, risk perception and strategic policy partnerships. Yuer is passionate about combining community-based participatory research and empirical methods to inform decision-making that bridges research, policy and community needs.
