Over the past two decades, she has led research, analytics and strategy functions across government, public health and nonprofit organizations. She has built enterprise data infrastructure, developed governance frameworks, and scale cross-sector partnership to support systems- and policy-level work.
Trained as a quantitative social scientist, Tracy brings a strong foundation of rigor alongside deep experience operating in applied leadership environments where context, judgment and collaboration matter.
