Sibo Gao is a fourth-year doctoral candidate from Department of Human Development and Family Sciences. Sibo is interested in studying social relationships and well-being in later life. His research focuses on how older adults navigate complex emotional and social experiences—such as providing support while facing life challenges or living alone—to inform tools and interventions that support aging individuals and their families.
