Savneet Bains develops and manages experiential learning programs that connect graduate students and postdoctoral scholars with industry partners. Before joining the team, she taught courses in higher education leadership and writing, served in research and student affairs roles, and worked in career advising and program management. With more than 10 years of experience across industry and academia, her professional background also includes finance, entrepreneurship and global education.
Savneet earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas at Austin, where her research explored the lived experiences of senior South Asian women leaders and the development of leadership pipelines. She is passionate about helping graduate students translate their academic expertise into meaningful professional impact and building sustainable partnerships that bridge academia and industry.
