Rick Ybarra

Rick serves as Senior Program Officer and oversees multi-site, multi-year grant projects throughout Texas. He contributes to the design, implementation, management and evaluation of grant programs. He also provides technical assistance abnd builds meaningful relationships with grant partners and key influencers/stakeholders. He continues to leverage the foundation’s assets, networks and influence to improve mental health, resiliency and well-being for the people of Texas. 

In addition to his years of clinical and administrative experience in both private and public sector behavioral health, Rick has also coauthored and contributed to peer and non-peer review publications and served on numerous statewide, national and federal advisory committees and councils.
