Rachel has worked in both the corporate world and higher education, and she has experience building relationships with business owners, hiring managers, international colleagues in more than 40 countries, faculty and students. Rachel previously served as Employer Relations Manager and Director of Career Services for Concordia University Texas, and her accomplishments include successful management of the university internship program, administrative and budgetary oversight of the Career Services department and building strategic partnerships on local, regional, national and international levels. She has previously worked with the Council on International Educational Exchange, Louisiana State University and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
