Judy is a Master's student at the School of Information, specializing in data analysis. With nearly four years of experience in HR within the technology and e-commerce sectors, she’s passionate about using data to unlock employee potential and drive organizational success. Her undergraduate studies in Technology Application and Human Resource Development in Taiwan laid the foundation for her career shift into data analysis.
Having lived in Taipei, Shanghai, Kyoto and now Austin, Judy brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to building meaningful connections. As an international student herself, she is dedicated to advocating for and supporting the career development of the international student community. Through her work with student groups and campus departments, she strives to create opportunities and help others thrive. Judy's blend of technical skills and empathy positions her as both a data-driven problem solver and a compassionate leader.
