Meg Sweeny is committed to fostering a welcome, empowering environment for students and nonprofit organizations. An Austin resident for 5 years, Meg holds a master in social work, administration and policy practice from UT Austin, Steve Hicks School of Social Work and has worked in nonprofits in Austin and Kansas City, Missouri. Meg's previous roles entail corporate partnerships, nonprofit development, community engagement and more. As an advocate and maximizer, Meg is passionate about community relationships and involvement for all individuals by helping them find the right project and team. In her free time, Meg enjoys traveling, spending time with her pets and friends, and creating ceramic art.
