Lauren Berryhill is the Director of Career Services and Professional Development at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. She leads career development initiatives, fosters cross-campus collaborations and creates professional development opportunities that complement classroom learning. Lauren provides dedicated support to policy students pursuing careers in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. Passionate about mentorship and the power of networking, she excels at connecting students with alumni who share similar career interests. Her favorite part of working with students is helping them articulate their transferable skills, empowering them to clearly demonstrate the value they bring to any organization.
