With over 23 years of experience in higher education, Jennifer is dedicated to empowering students in their professional development and career success. Her career journey has included counseling roles at The University of Texas at Austin across the Colleges of Liberal Arts, Education and Natural Sciences, providing her with a deep understanding of students' diverse academic and professional aspirations.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in School Psychology, bringing advanced skills in educational, psychological and career assessment to enhance students’ academic experiences and support meaningful career exploration. Through modern career coaching techniques, she guides individuals in making informed, fulfilling career choices that align with their unique strengths and interests.
In her current role at the Jackson School of Geosciences, Jennifer manages career services for undergraduate and graduate students, alumni and company recruiters. She connects talented students with industry opportunities, helping them transition from academia into their chosen careers with confidence and clarity.
