Erin Cantrell, Director of the DiNitto Career Services Center and certified CliftonStrengths coach, specializes in strengths-based career advising. She aligns career strategies with personal goals and helps students advocate for themselves in negotiations and build strong professional narratives.
With experience in healthcare, academia, food equity, environmental justice and philanthropy, Erin provides strategic insights into diverse career paths. Her roles at The Mellon Foundation and Columbia University Medical Center inform her guidance.
Erin has over 15 years of experience in project management, events planning, HR coordination and client services. She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Policy and Administration from CUNY.
