Elizabeth is the Head of UX Research for IBM Cloud. The IBM Cloud UX Research team is focused on understanding how users build, maintain and govern cloud environments using IBM tools and resources.
Prior to joining IBM, she worked as a UX researcher for online meeting tools, open source products and library services. Her journey to UX research includes a Master’s in Library and Information Science and she enjoys talking to others about their unconventional paths to design careers.
