Dr. David Osman is a Director of Research and Evaluation at Gibson Consulting Group, where he collaborates with school district leaders to develop evaluation projects, applied educational research projects, continuous improvement efforts and district climate surveys.
He has conducted work in districts across the US, including Fulton County Schools (GA), Hillsborough County Public Schools (FL), Kansas City Public Schools (MO), and Rochester City School District (NY).
Prior to Gibson, he was Director of Research and Evaluation at Round Rock ISD (TX), where he worked side-by-side with district and school leaders to conduct program evaluation and applied educational research.
