Colleen Gleeson has over 10 years of university career services experience, and over 5 years working exclusively with graduate students. In her current role, she works with employers from all sectors and industries to engage with masters, doctoral students and postdoctoral scholars across campus, focusing on skill-based recruitment strategies. Colleen is also the chair of the Graduate Career Consortium Virtual Career Expo Committee, that brings together institutions, advanced degree job seekers and industry across the country. She spent three years working with graduate students studying public policy at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, where she also worked with employers from the public, private and non-profit sectors to engage with campus partners and to drive interest and participation in policy fellowships and careers. Colleen is also the UT Austin campus coordinator for the Archer Graduate Fellowship program and holds an MA in Counseling from St Edwards University
