Dr. Cathy Malerba is the Executive Director of Research and Evaluation. She has nearly 20 years of experience designing and leading large scale, longitudinal, mixed methods evaluations at the local, regional, and state level and for nonprofit organizations that serve public school students, teachers and leaders. She typically takes a utilization-focused approach to her evaluation designs, in that all aspects of the work are guided by the intended uses of the results. She also has extensive experience with strategic planning, logic modeling, root cause analysis, developmental evaluation, and evaluation capacity building with school and district staff.
