Brittni Palkert is a Master of Global Policy Studies student at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, focusing on international development in Latin America. She is interested in impact evaluation methods and the human side of international development (education, immigration and poverty reduction). Brittni has worked in a variety of industries including retail, management consulting, nonprofit and healthcare. She has a strong commitment to service, including a year volunteering in Bolivia, service as an AmeriCorps member and current involvement with the Junior League of Austin.
As the Professional Development Graduate Consultant at the Office of Career & Life Design, Brittni will be building content, resources and programming for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars to grow professionally. Brittni is excited to draw on her 10+ years of professional experience to create relevant and engaging educational content that supports students across all disciplines in their career development.
