Amy McCurdy, PhD, is a quantitative researcher in the Data Management and Research division at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Dr. McCurdy's research focuses on understanding heterogeneity and barriers to student success in higher education. Prior to joining THECB, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at The University of Texas at Austin, where she also taught undergraduate research methods. Dr. McCurdy is passionate about applying modern statistical methods to contemporary questions in education research.
