Robyn Rap, Ph.D.

Robyn Rap received her Ph.D. in Sociology from UT-Austin in 2016. She is currently a data science manager at Indeed.com, the world’s #1 job site, where she leads a team of data scientists on the Ranking and Job Search product. Her team provides data-driven insights and machine learning solutions and has won several Indeed Innovation Awards for their work on A/B testing and search engine algorithms.
