Lynn Cowles, Ph.D.

Lynn Cowles received her Ph.D. in English Literature from UT-Austin in 2015. She is currently working as an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist at Foundation Communities, where she manages the Prosper Health Coverage program during the Affordable Care Act enrollment period, coordinates outreach with community partners, and works with community members to increase public education about health coverage options through Texas state, federal, and local programs.
