Christina McCoy received her Ph.D. in Iberian and Latin American Literatures and Cultures from UT-Austin in 2015. She is currently working as Associate Director, Conference Program at NAFSA: Association of International Educators, where she curates the educational content for the annual conference and creates meaningful professional development and leadership opportunities for international education practitioners. Christina manages the call for proposals lifecycle and ensures that conference offerings are relevant, in addition to managing volunteer committees and becoming an overnight expert in running online meetings and events.
