Carrie Andersen received her Ph.D. in American Studies from UT-Austin in 2017. She is currently working as a Senior Content Strategy Manager at Wayfair, where she leads the user experience team dedicated to Wayfair’s loyalty and financing programs. She is also an adjunct professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she teaches a course in user experience.
